Resend & Return Policy

We appreciate you being our customer, but we can't control shipping issues. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Incorrect Fit: Unfortunately, exchanges for jerseys are not available. Should the received jerseys not fit, you have the option to pay 50% of the exchange item cost, and we will promptly resend the correct size if you wish to proceed with the exchange.
  2. Extended Shipping Time: If the shipping time surpasses 30 working days due to factors beyond your control, please reach out to us. We will gladly resend your package for free, excluding remote areas or during holidays.
  3. Lost or Seized Packages: If your package is lost or seized by customs, please contact us immediately. We will promptly resend the package to ensure you receive it, and this service is provided at no extra cost.

To check the estimated "shipment time," simply select a shipping method during checkout. Different shipping methods, including free and fast options, come with varying estimated shipment times. Alternatively, you can find this information in the product description.

Please be aware that custom products are non-returnable.
